Paint Creek tavern, aka Paint Creek Yacht club to locals, is a total hole in the wall conveniently located right dowtown Rochester. Set on the Paint Creek river, PCYC is a great place to drink out on the patio in the summer. Bartenders rock. Servers take care of ya and the jukebox is bumpin'.

Paint Creek Tavern is a great place to chill late at night in Rochester Hills. It is smoke friendly, karaoke (which is fun to watch people who have had a few few too many.) It has the cozy feel of 'the town bar'. They have great curly fries, comfy booths to sit in, and the wonderful Paint Creek that you can walk along and relax by

Best place for summer food and drinks! The patio is great and the burgers are fantastic. Great for kids and service is always good. Go for the buffalo or kobe beef burger.

This place is a dive and its great.
Jukebox is excellent, cork dart board, 38+ beers on tap with great prices. The pizza is the best in Rochester.
Large deck out back next to the Paint Creek is great in the summer.

I came here in January, and even without the outdoor deck, I still enjoyed myself.

While the indoor atmosphere is rather bland, I was entirely surprised by their beer selection. You never see 4 Dragonmead brews on tap, not to mention, an enormous selection of other local beer. We met up with friends here, so that was really a great surprise.

Bartender was a very sweet lady, and I admit I loved being surrounded by "regulars." However, I was confused when a woman fell off her bar stool because she was so drunk, then the bartender served her another drink. She most definitely should have been cut off.

This is a simple bar, with a great deck in the summer. Tons of beer on tap (20 plus). The menu is limited, but the sliders are great! Be aware the parking lot is sometimes closed, which means you park in the hidden underground lot next door. Nice to have this option in downtown Rochester. And they have Final Absolution on tap!

So, we asked around when we got to Rochester and were told this was the place to try! It did not disappoint! Cortney, the bartender, was super friendly and everyone at the bar seemed to know her. The people at the bar were nice too and the Tigers game was on so we were happy! We started with the mini tacos, a bar favorite if you ask me! So many beers to choose from too and that made my friends happy. I opted for the patty melt and it was perfect. The fries were hot and with just enough salt. Tigers scored a run and we get a jello shot? I mean, come on!!! We would have stayed longer if we didn't have plans later!

Good specials on domestics during Tigers games and basket of tots soaks it all up pretty well in the end. Just don't look up.

Walked in and there was 1 table and 3 people sitting at the bar. I haven't been in 10+ years since I was a kid. I had the reuban and my girlfriend had a burger. Both were really good. I just wished they gave me more fries with my deluxe order. Other than that that the bartender/waitress was nice. We will be back.

So I read the reviews, and my waitstaff was professional, the beer selection is absolutely amazing, and the outdoor seating is unprecedented, especially in Rochester. So weigh your options., And the food is not bad!enjoy your visit.

Came here to enjoy their new patio and have some drinks in the nice weather we had this Saturday. Unfortunately they were understaffed but we didn't mind ordering drinks at the bar because the bartender was super friendly. Later on a young female waitress started serving us and she was very friendly and helpful.

The patio has so much potential! I wish you'd do more with it!
